I recently, on a whim, picked up my first prostate massager...

... and I'm hoping some more experienced prostate players can help me with maximizing my, ahem, efforts.

I tried it for the first time this afternoon (I didn't have a lot of time but wanted to at least figure out how to use it) with lots of lube. It slid in easily enough, but didn't get anywhere near feeling like I was approaching a prostate orgasm. I tried a number of different techniques, including pushing manually, rocking back and forth, letting my sphincter do the work, etc... and while I really enjoyed the sensation and the feeling, it wasn't anything over the top.

Now I've read some other threads here (I didn't find anything for a massager specifically like this one) and I know the kind of sensation I'm hoping for takes time (and probably a little more relaxation than my relatively rushed 10 minutes or so...) but I was wondering if anyone had advice hyper-specific to this device.

I personally have not had luck with "prostate massagers", or vibrators either.
What works for me is a big fat dildo. When pounded with one I almost always get a prostate orgasm.
Whether I am doing myself or am being pegged, (prefer pegging).

The only time i had a prostate orgasim is with my wife's finger. The massager and dildos didn't get me there but I do enjoy the feeling on occasion. So no help from me other than a digit or two.
