Alexis set the bar down after doing 20 sets. She opened her eyes and saw him smiling. "What are you smiling at?" she asked.

"Just happy to see you're still with it," he said, getting the bar ready for himself and laying down.

Alexis switched him places, her gaze amused. "Yeah, well, that's why I have barbells," she said, helping him stay steady.

Nikolai finished his set and sat up. "Your turn," he said.

Alexis nodded and smiled, sliding under the bar. "Bump me up, buttercup," she said teasingly.

Nikolai added another ten pounds to her usual weight and got into position.

Alexis strained but kept her form, breathing deeply.

When she was done, he said, "I'm going to work some abs, then do some cardio." he headed off to the ab mats and worked with the medicine ball.

Alexis smiled and she began working on the recumbent bike, and began working slowly, then working up quickly.

Nikolai got on a treadmill for a half an hour. When he was finished he showered and went to see how Alexis was doing.

Alexis was walking on the treadmill, a little tired, but pushing through it. She looked at him. "You're done?" she asked.

"Yep," he said. "Let's not tire out. We should go make dinner and refresh ourselves."

Alexis nodded and got off the treadmill slowly. She showered and dressed and walked over to him. "What's for dinner, love?" she asked.

"I was thinking we could go home and cook," he said. "What's in the fridge?"

Alexis listed off all that was in the fridge, setting the course for home.

"Let's do homemade pizza," he said.

"Sounds good to me," Alexis said as she pulled into her parking space and started heading upstairs.

Nikolai began setting the dough to rise and making sauce on the stove.

Alexis cut up the meat, cheese, and other things while he did that.

When the dough rose, he rolled it out and placed it on the pan, smearing on the sauce and throwing on the toppings. He placed it in the oven and set the timer.

Alexis smiled and hoisted herself onto the counter.

"It should be ready in twenty minutes," he said, pressing her up against the cabinets and kissing her.

Alexis smiled and kissed him back. "Sounds good to me," she said, smiling.

Nikolai kissed her, grabbing her ass all the while, until the pizza was ready. He pulled it out and let it sit a couple minutes before slicing it. "One or two to start?" he asked, handing her a plate.

"Two please," Alexis said, hopping off the counter.
