"Its okay," she said, hiding her face. Her eyes were slightly puffy and she was still shaking.

"No, it's not OK. I have something to tell you.", he said.

"What?", she asked.

"I'm really a woman.", he said

Nikolai handed her her warm clothes. "Let me get that plug out of you," he said.

"Ouch. Please stop your hurting me", she replied, "can't we play a game?"

Alexis nodded and slowly started putting on the shirt that he had given her.

"OK! I'll get scrabble!", she said running down the hall, "you do like scrabble, don't you?"

Nikolai removed and cleaned the plug, going to put it away. He returned with a hot tea for her.

She had finished dressing and accepted the tea. "Thank you," she said quietly, sipping the tea.

"Why did that make you panic?" he asked, trying to understand so he wouldn't do it again.

"I don't know why. Does it really matter? Let's just start the game..", she said over the tea, "I'll go first."

She played the word "BUTTER" on a double word tile for a score of 16.

She shrugged. "I'm. . . Not sure what happened, actually. I reached and next thing I know, I'm shaking and sweating, and it wasn't good...."

"It's okay, I'm here," he said.

She smiled softly and hugged him.

"I'll never do it aain," he said. "i didn't realize it was an issue."

 

[celestialdragon]

"I didn't realize it was either," she said, nuzzling into him, comforted.

 

[bindingeagle]

"We'll work through it," he said. "Let's go cuddle and get some sleep."

"Alright," she said.

Nikolai tucked her in and held her, stroking her hair, until she relaxed.

She laid there in silence for a bit, relaxing. "Sorry I spoiled our night,"/ she said quietly.

 

[bindingeagle]

"It's fine," he said. "Neither of us knew that would happen."

 

[celestialdragon]

"Yeah, but I still feel bad," she said, nuzzling into him.

 

[bindingeagle]

"Just sleep and we can make up for it in the morning," he said.

Alexis smiled and fell asleep.

Nikolai fell asleep as well, relaxing from the panic of earlier.

Alexis woke up and just laid in his arms a bit, not caring when he woke up.
