"You don't want to know," Alexis said firmly. "You REALLY don't want to know."

"Why not? I'll tell you what happened to Nikolai."

 

[celestialdragon]

"Let's just say that for the next two weeks following, I was on my period," she said. "I was on the shot and I did it when it was close to being done. He didn't renew my shot for two weeks, and he had my weapons taken away. It's not the worst of it, I got my fair share of torture because of it, but that was the worst."

"That's just cruel," he said. "Nikolai got extra torture, specifically to his balls."

Alexis winced. "Yeah, I bet. And yes, it was cruel. It was bad. I was one of four women in my class, and they all sympathized with me. The men tried to keep away from me, but that didn't work in sparring. I think everyone BUT the other three women got broken noses from me."

"I think we all paid for something stupid in training," he said. 'Plus I may have let a bit of this slip last night to the troops."

Alexis giggled. "Oh dear, poor Nikolai," she joked.

"We should have an interesting dinner," he said. "A few were taking notes. anything else you want me to do in here?"

"Maybe make me up again, get me looking good?" she asked, smiling.

 

[bindingeagle]

"Very doable, since i have such an amazing subject," he said. This time, he made her up to be smoky and seductive.

Alexis smiled with approval. "Thank you, Mikhael. This is bound to get men's blood pumping."

"It already has, believe me," he said.

Alexis grinned. "Remember, you can't. Everyone else can. So what am I wearing?"

"I brought a few things," he said. "While you pick, do you have any other orders for me?"

 

[celestialdragon]

"Not that I can think of, Mikhael," Alexis said, choosing a little black dress she had forgotten she had and a pair of flats. She shimmied into it.

"Good choice, Mistress," he said, wishing he could do something else.

"Escort me to dinner?" she asked, holding out her arm.

 

[bindingeagle]

Mikhael took it and led her down. Georgia was laughing at Nikolai, who sat there looking humiliated.

"Is there something wrong, Rusky?" Alexis asked, kissing Nikolai.

 

[bindingeagle]

"Some asshole buttered the tile sparring rink," he said.

 

[celestialdragon]

"A page out of your playbook, maybe?" she asked, her voice light and teasing.

 

[bindingeagle]

"I don't know what you;re talking about," he said. "I don't know who did it, so they're all cleaning the parade grounds with toothbrushes."

"Mikhael told me how much of a prankster you were back when you were their age," she told him, smiling.

 

[bindingeagle]

"So now I know who's responsible for this little uprising," Laughed Georgia. "You have to admit, you had this coming after ruining my leather toys."
