Can't confirm a new account on Lit

Hello all, I've been an avid Lit reader for years, and have always thought about posting some stories because I love to write, but I cannot get my account to validate. The confirmation link in the email won't work, and if I try to do it manually it's a no go as well. I replied to the email as per instructions, but it has been a number of days and no reply. Any advice? Thanks so much!
