Lost access to account. Please help.

Hi I've lost access to my account. I've messaged via the support site & emailed support@ and had no reply for several weeks now, so have ended up creating an account to post here.

I requested a name change and since then I've been unable to access. If anyone could assist I would greatly appreciate it.

I lost access to my original account and haven't been in there since '10. This site is antiquated. If you ever want to delete your account there is no 'delete' button. It's a cumbersome process of requesting the editor delete via story submission. It's weird

The only ones that can help are Laurel and Manu. Try to PM either or both, but they've been busy with contests and I know at least one of them has been sick for a while.

I messaged Laurel almost 2 weeks ago about the issue with ORP/SRP Moderators, i havent heard a single word, Messaged Manu, havent heard anything
