Arrggg.. I should still be in Hong Kong.. But, damn emergencies popped up..

So, now I am going to be awakefor the next two days because of jet lag...

Yes I can sleep but it is difficult and the time lag doesn't help. The times that I did fly long distances, meetins would be set later in the day to allow for some rest to get over the jet lag. I tried sleeping on the plane, without much luck, too uncomfortable.

I am the same.. I can't sleep on the plane so I am awake for 15 hrs.. then, your get home and are awake for another 15 plus hours.. arrrggggg....
