Can anyone tell me how to make an audio file?

I'm a newbie at this but ive been on lierotica for a while- I was wandering if someone could tell me how ( walkthrough please ) I can create some audio files to submit. Is it free? Can i just use my mic? How?

You can download Audacity for free. And then just use your mic. You then can upload it to the literotica server (they have a "how to" on the uploading over in faq).
