Mevermind the message. Got a question.

First we see John McCain talking into the camera for a minute.

And then he finishes by saying, still into the same camera "I'm John McCain and I approve of this message."

Well... duh? Dude, we know, you just SAID it.

Is there some law that mandates he has to say that?
