Your comment is based in the idea that SKIN COLOR is somehow a detriment and therefore blacks and other minorities need "help" to overcome the color of their skin. Unfortunately, that idea fails to encompass FACTS and SCIENCE whereby all of modern mankind can be traced back to ancestors in Africa. Ancestors which migrated out of Africa into Europe and Asia and eventually to the American continent. Which means we're all African in origin and therefore "black."

All of us, regardless of skin color, are "black" or, in your parlance, "non white."

Thus, the idea that "non whites" are "more prevalent in poor income areas" is bullshit being promoted by those who have zero intelligence to begin with. IOW, you.
