You really cannot lay this all on Biden as the MSM has weighed in by giving a disproportionate amount of time to the Far Left in the Democratic Party and letting their message ring loud and clear. The things they stand for and rabidly advocate are antithetical to what the average person believes, how they live and how they think. I saw this Leftist trend some time ago which is why I left the Party for Libertarianism. I eschew the very notion of Socialism and do not think that it is applicable to individual Liberty.
I think Biden has also given them disproportionate power in his thinking because of this Political Media Complex echo chamber that does favor the hard, radical Left over the common-sense (maybe now old-fashioned) conservative Democrat who for several election cycles has been told to sit down and shut the fuck up.
Biden, like Fetterman, is only a symptom of this soft coup-like takeover of the Party.
I hope the adults in the Party will become more vocal and involved.
