It would have been a much better day had my DSL not gone out on me yesterday afternoon and a lot of today! Wow.... I didn't know what to do - so I baked a cream cheese pound cake. My kids are happy, though!

I've never really paid attention to those instructions - unless I was too sick to really care. Loopy just makes my kids giggle at me - and knock me out. Heck - when I took one med last year, I had really fun hallucinations. Enjoyed them completely. Didn't want to drink with that one - it was too much fun all on its own.
