Well I think for proper training we would have to get you through various stages of being wet...you know start of with just a little moist up to dripping. A dripping wet checker has to be alert to all stages you know.

Oh - that's very true. I wouldn't want you to miss out on a single point of your training.....
I believe that you would need to do a manual as well as visual check.... maybe even a bit more, too

Excellent point. See I think you would make a fine teacher. Course when it is in my best interest I can be a very slow learner.

Yep and then no service for them. Although I wonder if that means only if they are bare foot, with no shirt and dripping wet that they get no service. So, if they have flip flops on and no shirt and are dripping wet should they get service?
