A lot better than yesterday. Wish I could sleep in. Seems like after 8 hours I'm wide awake!

shoot.. I wish I could get 8 hours.. lol.. no matter what time I go to sleep, I'm usually awake at the same 6am hour..

Hello there! Yes - I understand. I went through about an 8 month time that I hardly slept, and when I did it wasn't good sleep.
Took surgery to correct it. Now - wow - I love being back to "normal".......

Not sure what normal is though. Is there such a creature?

Normal for me is sleeping more than 6 hours and not waking up constantly during that time.
