Yea it is great when you lose it. I was 250 and went to 190, but I have stumbled and back up to 213

I think size is not the issue as it is being healthy. There are skinny people who are in worst shape then large people.

What a sigh of relief. Honestly - I've been on both sides of the fence. I was reallly athletic and "skinny" in high school. Senior year, I had a back injury and had to drop out of sports and honestly, after that, got VERY lazy. Gained a bunch of weight. And when that happened, the girls I thought were my friends decided I didnt fit their "skinny" standards anymore and dropped me. Thats when I saw who my true friends were. And true friends are the ones who will stand by you, understand you, and see you for YOU, not your waistline

You all seem like those kind of people.
