LOL It's always amazed me. You guys survive some of the most intense and painful events in the world, do the hardest job in the world, and still cant see that you are strong enough to survive and thrive on your own if needed. Granted it's not as easy or nice as bein with a partner but is surly possible

Yeah, but society says you're not supposed to. And how many times in our lives are we told that we're not good enough, smart enough or strong enough? I sure got that in spades this past week and I really have to keep reminding myself that it wasn't warranted. I've never been in a job where I wasn't valued and it's messing with my head.

I hear you about wanting the attention from one person..... been there, got hurt and took awhile to get my head back on straight. I don't think you'll be going through what I did though. Your guy loves you to much for that to happen.

In a way, I think we love each other but we're not in a position to do anything about it as in beoming a couple. And we both know it so in that respect we aren't setting up for a fall but I'm feeling it tonight. I truly don't understand why I can't attract someone I have a chance in hell of having a long term relationship with, preferably a physical relationship as well as an emotional one.
