There's no way for CA ro dodge tariffs and reciprocal tariffs, but all that will happen is countries on which there are high tariffs will route thru other countries with low tariffs who will take a cut for their services. Sanction busting is a thing, as Russia and Iran and South Africa can tell you. That "Made in China" stuff will have a new label that says "Made in Vietnam" or something soon enough.
