I'm new to this so please bare with me.I'm not a writer. But I got some ideas for stories.
So this is my first one I'm gonna put out here.
C19 mutates so it can cause physical changes to our bodies while keeping us extremely aroused. Is spread through the air and body fluids. It takes only a couple of minutes to began making changes. The first symptom is extreme arousal. Doesn't effect none adults.
There's the plot so how could this play out?
1 I was thinking it would not effect people who were not full grown adult. That means the infected would be 22 or 23 yo right? But it could still have 18 yos in it.
The physical changes could be huge lactating breast and monster cocks some men growing a extra one.
Milk and seaman having a extremely potent effect in all who ingest or come into contact with it. Causes addiction to it. Ends up being a food supply. Cum and milk become a must have food source for the infected.
It also cures other diseases.Makes people age back wards to about 25yo. Some women well turn into men as some men well turn into females.
Doesn't have to be C19 it could be a new virus.
So what do you think? There may be other stories like this and I haven't found them yet.

Well, that's a whole lot of new 'functionality' for a virus to just happen to pick up. It's kinda like someone winning the daily numbers every day for a year - just too improbable, IMO.

If you wanted to do something like this, one option is to go back to the conspiracy theory that COVID 19 was an accidental release from a Chinese bioweapons lab. Turns out it was not an accident, instead it's a precursor setting the stage for bigger global problems, and the disease's 'immunity' it leaves behind is what COVID 20 hooks into to do so much more.

If you are at least twenty years old and either had COVID 19 or if you get blood plasma from someone who had COVID 19, you will get COVID 20 as soon as you're exposed to it at ANY concentration. If a person has no antibodies or other resistance from COVID 19, it takes a LOT more -20 to infect someone, and it behaves differently - more on that later. For now I'm just talking about people older than twenty who had -19 and are infected with -20.

-20 is present in all bodily fluids of an infected host, specifically including semen, vaginal fluid, spit, etc.

Once it reaches high enough levels in a human, -20 waits until it has at least a pair of opposite-gender fully-infected adults in close proximity before it starts showing any symptoms other than 'shedding' the virus - IE, there are no noticeable symptoms, but your presence infects others. It takes two weeks at a minimum after infection to get to this operational level of virus.

The virus drives the libido into overdrive once at least 2 opposite-gender hosts are adjacent. Clothes get ripped, it doesn't matter where you are, every -20 infected host is gonna join in. It turns out that once triggered, sex just happens with whoever is nearby. Cue non-con fetishists, and the les/gay/bi/omni-sexual crowd.

As the bodily fluids flow and spread, -20 gains more and more density in the hosts. It's also getting spread to anyone nearby, down-wind, or cleaning up afterwards in anything other than full biowarfare gear, and it's persistent - it sticks around a long time after this kind of situation.

If the level of the -20 virus in any host peaks past another, higher level (depending on the health, age, normal libido and other factors), a second level of behaviors triggers - transformation. This increases the body's externally-accessed fluid stores. Bigger, lactating breasts for most women, more sex fluids, bigger tear ducts, lots of saliva, etc.

The second level of activation adds another factor to the libido-enhancing effects - the more people around who aren't infected up to the first level of viral activity, the higher the libidinous activation. IE - once you're transformed by the second, higher level of -20 in your system, you get hornier the more people around who aren't at the first activation level of the virus.

Now, this is where the biowarfare folks fucked up. They knew about the first level activation, and had treatments available for themselves and their bosses, plus those that the bosses wanted to keep around - the obedient farmers, plumbers, and other support they figured they'd need. These treatments need to be reapplied about every week to ensure the virus doesn't get to the first level of activation, but doesn't prevent the second level if there's enough virus around to drive a subject to the second level of activation. These unfortunates, however, have additional unpleasant changes, usually driving the subject to insanity. The -19 infected who reach the second level of -20 are capable of rational thought if the only people around them are -20 infected people in the last stage of the disease. Those who weren't infected by -19 lack this, and burn out, unable to eat, unwilling to drink - instead, they gotta fuck! All the time! Now, now now now!

All in all, a nasty, nasty, kinky zombie plague....

The second stuff, the -20 thing you present isn't a virus, but rather a fungus. Then, a lot of it makes (slightly more) functional sense: gestating, behavior modifying, even peers seeking.

This is fiction so improbable is probable. For me the more improbable the better.
Yes I'd say biowarfare. If a country is so busy fucking then it's not gonna be able to defend itself. But the attackers fucked it all up. Because the infected are also getting superpowers. Like for example, mind control abilities, shape shifting abilities, some turn into futas other change sex. Some gain magical abilities, some become invisible. And there are some who are immune to it.
Then the ones who become mindless zombies.
Combining several story categories. Sci/fi/fanticy, Non con, mind control, incest, horror, gay,
lesbian. Mix it all up in there.
How those who are immune are coping with being caught up into it and how they escape.
Endless twisted shit possible here.
