I'm not sure exactly what you need, but almost any site on theweb that sells CD's has pictures of the covers -- just right-click on the picture to save it.

If you are looking to download liner notes, you won't have much luck. That's one of the things that artists and record companies like to keep away from downloadable sites, to give those who buy the albums a little perk that others don't get.

If you are looking to download pictures of an artist from the liners, then a fan site or the photographer's home site would be your best bet.

If you want to create your own liners for your own CDs, like for your own original music? There are quite a few CD studio services that would be able to do that for you, dirt cheap, but you would likely have to do it in lots of at least a thousand units to get a worthwhile price.

I require the front and back label and the cd cover
but these are new albums and I can't find the covers yet on the sites I have tried

Yeah I thought of that mate but there is just one problem I don't have a scanner
