about to have a breast reduction... & could really
use some innovative gift ideas!?!

Something fun, light-hearted, appropriately themed...
(unfortunately, I do not know what her new bra size will be)

Whoever is doing the party really needs to bring a boobie cake where one boob is the original size and the other is the smaller, newer version, lol.

I'm not sure what kind of gift you'd give. I never heard of anyone having a breast reduction party. Lingerie would be my first guess, but you'd have to know the size.

If you have a Spencer's Gifts store or an adult store that sells novelties, you might find something in one of those places.

For another play on words, I suppose you could get her a set of antlers.

Something that says: "You're the breast!"

Something using the idea of "Lighten up" or "weight off your shoulders" or "getting something off your chest"

something do do with Dolly Parton or Pam Anderson or a stuffed sheep (Dolly, the cloned sheep)

something along the lines of "good things come in small (smaller) packages" (that would be a good one to go along with a bra )

I would make her something along the lines of what Sweet already says. I would also get her a photo album entitled here today gone tomorrow for before, during and after photos. I can only imagine the joy this woman is going through at being relieved of large breasts. I have considered it many a time myself.
