Buying a car frustration

I am trying to buy a new car at the moment - what it is doesn't matter but there is a 12 month wait until delivery and 20% deposit on order. I think this sucks

I've known a few people in the US to wait 6 months for a car...i guess it depends on what kind....

I bought a house two years ago and it was the pits - had to bridge in order not to lose it because I was bidding against 3 other interested parties. Talk about a nightlmare

The cars I buy have already been on the road a couple of years so there are no waiting periods.

I don't drive a car because of the overall fustration and cost is gives... I have enough headaches in life lol

But yeah, the one time I did buy a car.. that was a pain.. three weeks waiting to get the options I wanted
