I removed ElusivButterfly pictures today so she can repost and have control of her pictures. It has away been my feeling that any person own the right and has total control over any and all pictures of themselfs. Even when I'm outside and taking photos, I make sure I take pictures of one person or group that everyone is ok with me having their picture. I have deleted many pictures that I have taken when someone I did not know walked thru a shot.

Quite frankly, I don't want to live in a country where pictures like this aren't allowed. Beautiful women posing for pictures are clearly what the First Amendment was intended for.

Now, as to this pic removal thingy....maybe you should make a note on how many pics you post in each set so we can see how many are removed. I haven't seen any that don't fall within the guidelines, but that's not saying much as I had so many of mine removed that I just gave up and had them all taken down. With the exception of a few bold ones that I posted, I never considered mine to be outside of the limits. ~shrugs~

had been removed. It also seems like someone (drtshare) had downloaded the pics before they had been removed and was nice enough to repost them while I was gone. Thank you drtshare, but if they had been removed by Lit, they will probably disappear again, however, if they went missing due to errors (???), they will probably stay this time. Time will tell.

Happy it was ok with you to repost, anytime you like them down just let me know but so far they have been up for 8 hours... last time they had been removed in under 3 hours. So maybe it is a system problem.
