my girlfriend would like to experiment with anal sex. We are a little unsure as to how long in time a butt plug could be inserted to loosen the butt muscles. is it a few days. or hours or what??

treat the but plug as part of foreplay shoul not take hours
move it around and if you can ease it out easly you should
be ready relaxing is the key so stimulateing tthem all over
