butt hair

My SO wants to have his removed since it is just about the only place he has hair. I can't say it bothers me but whatever makes him happy. So any men or women I guess had this done? What method did you use and were you happy with the results? I suggested just shaving but he thinks that would end up requiring too much maintanence and doing it too frequently.

For long term results go with a course of electrolysis or laser hair removal, you won't catch me shaving, I am the original hairy lump, think pictures of Neanderthal and other than the brow ridge, you got me in the hair department, long enough to trap a layer of warm air next to the body, hands, legs, feet, even toes (ewwwwwweeeee I know but I refuse to shave my toes, besides I may have been a Hobbit in a previous existence).

Hmmmm. Hair is essential on the human body. It helps wick the sweat away. Electrolysis or waxing (ouch my ass) would work but then when it gets hot outside he will need some baby powder to keep dry.

I know some guys who did this, and they said that they had some issues with chafing, afterwords. So fair warning, that hair might be there for a reason =P

I shave me ass hairs, actually my hubby does. Never ever had a problem with itching or chafing. But one thing I would like to say when it is hot out what doesn't sweat? I mean when it is like 90 degrees or 70 and you sweat, whether you have hair or no hair I personally don't think it really matters. Geez that sounds confusing to me. If I confused you all sorry..

i usually trim it down with one of those electric beard/mustache trimmer things. Just get one thats not too big in size as it'll be easier to work with.

Shaving works too but the itching after a few days is not pleasant

I shave my butt area on a regular basis.

Yes some itching does occur, for me it's two days later and doesn't last very long.

I also like the smooth feel of my ass when it's nicely shaved

I'm still getting used to the nice smooth feeling of shaved balls and around my shaft, the butt is a big next step =P Besides, if I went and shaved my arse, all my leg hair and chest hair might start to get nervous =P
