But SERVER!!!

Ya know, it's starting to look like ya'll actually got him. Well maybe not you all but you know what I mean.
Nixon was a political badass and could handle the pressure but Trump isn't and you can see it getting to him. He's gonna implode I think.
Might be sad to watch but I'm hoping for fun.

As a Democrat, I actually am not hoping for this. It would be an embarrassment to our country. Far better if he simply came clean and said....I made a mistake. But here we are....proof a foreign Govt influenced our past election...and Republicans refusing to pass legislation preventing future occurences....and now this....with the same country. Fucking insanity

Methinks Trump's implosion" has already begun. Trump's ragetweets now rival Timmeh's shitpisting in daily quantity, and this weekend might reach Kantarii levels.

Sigh...are you this dumb? Dont answer....I know you are. From a legal perspective, we use a word like "potential", until we have all the data.

Here’s the rest of your data 🖕
You know, from a non legal perspective.

Sigh...it was the Republicans in charge of the House, Senate, and Supreme Court when Donald took office....remember now?

So it is the party in power that makes investigative committees. Agree? Now comes the fun part traitor comrade... what did those Republican led committees determine?

1) This all happened before DJT took office.

2) Neither the SCOTUS nor Congress is in charge of criminal investigations.

3) Neither the SCOTUS nor Congress has the power to prosecute anyone for any crimes.

LOL do you seriously not know how the US government works?? Of course not :D

Seriously go catch a remedial US government class and get back to us when you figure out which branch of the government is charged with executing the law and who the highest law enforcement officer of the US is.

Until you figure out which branch of government does what you're clearly out of your depth with this conversation.

Care to point out exactly what you're talking about?

I'm betting you NEVER point out any specifics. :D

Some things never change, do they comrade?

Oh look Rob thinks asking people to back up their bullshit is sealioning again.

He must know his comrades claims are warm n' smelly. :D

BTW Rob, I'm a liberal...unlike you, stop trying to conflate me with socialist degenerates like yourself.

Let's Get Back to the LOL Facts:

Computer System Where Trump Document Was Reportedly Stashed Is Reserved for Biggest U.S. Secrets

White House officials are bound by Executive Orders governing the handling of classified materials. This plainly violates the requirement that information not be classified to conceal crimes or avoid political embarrassment.

Whistle-Blower Shines Light on Super-Secret N.S.C. Computer System

R'uh Roh:

The handling of the Ukraine call transcript has raised alarms among Democrats in Congress and former national security officials of both parties, including ones who served in the Trump administration. They agreed that nothing about the conversation appears to warrant placement in the extra-secure system.

We need to look into the allegation that this may not be the only communication of a potentially corrupt character that was shielded by this classified information computer system abused for that purpose,” Representative Adam B. Schiff, Democrat of California and the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, told reporters on Thursday at the Capitol.

“During my tenure, I had no knowledge of documents being moved out for political sensitivity,” said a former Trump White House official familiar with the system. “I don’t know the legality of what was done. It certainly feels unethical.”

Larry Pfeiffer, a former career intelligence official who served as White House Situation Room director during the Obama administration, said that the risk of political embarrassment is not adequate grounds for placing an N.S.C. document in a system designed for national security matters like the operation to kill Osama bin Laden.

“Clearly, someone made a decision that this conversation needed to be locked down,” Mr. Pfeiffer said. “You read this conversation and there is nothing ‘compartmented’ from an intelligence perspective.”

“Anyone with half a brain can read it and understand why they wanted to protect the distribution,” he added.

White House ‘lockdown’ of transcript would be highly unusual

The president has ultimate classification authority and it’s an open legal question whether he’s bound by executive orders, including one signed by Obama in 2009 that says information can’t be classified in order to “conceal violations of law, inefficiency, or administrative error” or “prevent embarrassment to a person, organization, or agency.

Anyone with a brain (and even Trumpettes) can't have any trouble seeing the massive obstruction of justice going on in the Trump-Barr world here--the admission of wrongdoing. No one can be dumb enough not to see it no matter what nonsense they chose to post here to play games.

Obstruction? WHAT obstruction?

Schiff had the whistleblower complaint a month ago. The WH declassified it in record time and disseminated it along with the call transcript.

So, where's the "obstruction"?

The point here being that the "biggest U.S. secrets" aren't the sorts of things that we would be telling Vladimir Putin, or at least they're not supposed to be.

So why would Trump's calls with Putin be in that system?

Because you and I have no business knowing what kinds of information they've exchanged.

Have they talked about nuclear weapons deployments? China's "world domination plan"? The issues in Syria and the ME?

We don't know and we shouldn't EVER know. That information shouldn't ever be leaked to the media either as is something which occurs on a regular basis in this administration for some reason. And always by "politically biased" individuals.

But you can't seem to understand that. Perhaps because you're one of those "politically biased" individuals.

Trump handed out the transcript of his call himself, against the advice of many of his advisors.

If there's a "leak" the info is always in doubt, but if the Prez does it, it's straight from the horse's mouth.

And yes we do have business knowing, if it involves POTUS's criminal treasonous activity.

The "not our business" was tried with the Oval Office Tapes. He lost.

A big difference between leaking these conversations to the media and restricting them to the point that no one else in the government can know what's being talked about.

Remember what the whistleblower said: everyone thought the call with Zelenskyy was going to be a "routine" congratulatory call. But afterwards, they took pains to give it the memory hole treatment.

All we would need do is substitute the name "Trump" for "Obama" and the two-faced Harpy would be singing an entirely different tune. The Trumpette positions on this have nothing to do with the reality that Trump is a corrupt, treasonous criminal.

Shortly after taking office and having several transcripts to his calls leaked to the media, Trump's legal office recommended that the transcripts be moved to a more secure system.

Thus, the transcripts of ALL of the WH calls reside on that server, not just this one. Failing to acknowledge that is a lie by omission.
