Erika Smith had just joined an insurance company about five months ago. She was a few years out of college, quiet and relatively kept to herself. Most of the females thought she was a total bitch but the truth was, she was a bit of a nerd, did her work and went home. She didn't really involve herself in the office politics. She produced good numbers so she was good in the eyes of her bosses. When her boss needed her to go on a business trip with a co-worker, she was surprised she was asked but willing to do it.

Her co-worker was a married guy but he was always nice to her whenever they came into contact. After a long day of traveling, picking up their rental car, they got to the hotel. Unfortunately, there was only one room available. She wasn't thrilled with the idea but she'd make do with what they had for now. She put her suitcase in the corner of the bedroom.

"You can pick whichever bed you want." She said softly

ooc: I'm looking for some sexual tension, flirting....before going into sex. If you're interested, send me a PM :)

Bruce Wood had worked for the same insurance agency since he graduated from college. He married his college girlfriend who was a bank manager and a rising star woth Key Bank. Both travelled extensively in their occupations. He had not worked with Erika before. She joined the firm a few months ago, and pretty much kept to herself. She was professional and attractive and he liked her as a coworker. Still, he really ddidn't know much about her. Having to share a room with Erika was unexpected, but there was no better option. He didn't have any serious issues about the arrangement, and it might be nice to get to know her better.

She sat down on the other bed. The situation wasn't ideal but she'd make do with what they had. She was hoping for her own room, she barely even knew Bruce but the few encounters that they did have, he was always friendly towards her. Most of the females at the agency found her to be snobby, which she wasn't. She just kept to herself. She'd rather not involve herself in office politics.

"I think our first meeting is tomorrow at 10am." She said, trying to break the ice a little. This arrangement was a little awkward to say the least. She was hoping the next two days would go by rather quickly. She had a folder with all the documents she planned on reviewing later in the evening. That wouldn't be difficult since they were in the middle of nowhere almost, and there was nothing else for them to do really.

"Ten is fine with me. I like to take my time with my morning coffee anyway." This arrangement is not that bad. They should have a room for her tomorrow anyway. She must have a robe with her and we can change in the bath. In an attempt to help her relax, I suggest we get dinner and a drink downstairs.

I called back to the main office. They told me to see if there is another room available at another hotel. If you can find one, I'll take you there and pick you up in the morning. I'm sure we could share this room without any issues but you don't act like you're comfortable with it.

Most of the office staff think you are bitchy, but I haven't had any issues with you before. We are here on business and that's what we're paid for. I didn't ask for this room problem. We can decide to get along or not. I'm going to shower then have some dinner. You decide what you want to do before it gets too late.
