I recently brought "Jodies Anal Toy Box" which is basically an anal kit for beginners.

When my partner and I first tried it within minutes I felt a very uncomfortable burning feeling, at first we thought it was the lube but after tryin different sorts we've established it must be the product itself.

Has anyone else had this sort of problem or heard about it? If it is the stuff the products made of im guessin there is no way to rectify this?

I have tried washing them with water then cleaning them with the recommended toy cleaner but it still doesnt work..

If it is latex and you have a sensitivity to Latex then that could be why there is a burning sensation. I react to latex, I react a lot faster when there is water or fluid present in conjunction with the latex.

You could try to find a non latex condom and put it over the toy and see if that makes a difference, if it does, then that might be the problem, if mot, maybe the plug is a bit larger than you are physically ready to handle and need a smaller size or some stretching there before you use it.

Latex could be an ingredient since two of the toys are made of jelly. You may also be having issues with the other ingredients in the jelly compound, including pthalates. Here's a great article on jelly material.

So, you really ought to be using a condom with these every time anyway since jelly is porous and can't be disinfected, especially given the use of these toys (anal toys always need a barrier or to be disinfected).

Stretching and lack of lube can also cause burning, for what it's worth. Does it burn with fingers or other toys?
