I heard Surya Namaskar was good for giving you energy. I didn't believe it, but I was desperate earlier because I was sleepy as hell and couldn't wake up. I struggled through one round of it. (Took less than three minutes, but almost killed my fat, out-of-shape ass.)

You know me longer than anyone on this website, BiBunny, I say what I feel. Then I deal with the consequences lol. The thing is, I don't say those things so anyone would feel sorry for me, eventho it might look like that now and then I guess. It just gets lonely out there sometimes and it's nice talk to people who get this lifestyle and who understand things are not just black and white. Relationships can be complicated. Things can get hard and it simply helps get it out of your chest and share it with someone. Even if all they can do is just.. listen.

I am glad you are still around, BiBunny, and that you keep on trying. I truly believe it will be rewarded!
