Bunch of my image postings disappeared in multiple threads

Did I violate a rule or reach a posting limit of some kind? No messages from mods in my email. Please advise.

Same thing happened to me, and the attach image button is gone.

Can't speak to either of the posters reporting the issue, but there has been a significant number of images posted that break one or more rules, or are questionable in other ways. Quite a few simply appear far too young for Lit regardless of what their real age is. Others are too large in file size and cause problems with page loading.

That said, I see a number of image threads that no longer display images that were there a few days ago. Did the remote sites break the links due to hotlinking rules? Did Lit change something? Or is it just a(nother) glitch?

Posting links should be OK. If the link source has stolen the image just linking to it isn't your problem, legally. If you repost it, though, it is.
