Everytime I see someone bump their own thread I imagine they are pregnant and they are updating us on how much more their bump is showing. Otherwise I don't know why you would keep bumping your own ad if you are not getting responses. Instead of being lazy which is most likely not an attractive quality: expand on what you are looking for or try a new ad posting. So to sum it up, either you are pregnant or you are lazy. If you are a make I'd imagine it's awkward if it's either case.
