Essentially an absolute asshole of a boss stays employed at a company despite many complaints to HR, so their employees get some payback.

Boss could be a man or woman.

For example: our boss in this case is a sleazy guy who keeps hitting on his female staff and offering quid pro quo arrangements. The employees, tired of this enlist the aid of a witch who gives them a charm that one of them will have to wear when they seduce him.

One of the women takes one for the team but right as the boss drops his pants, the rest of his clothes follow. He’s been turned into a dildo. The women pass him around the office as the one who took the bullet for them takes over his position.

2. Our boss is a woman who makes everyone take time for her personal needs while lambasting them for ever taking time for theirs (take a day off? No bonus for you. She takes a week off every month and shoves her responsibilities on someone else during that time…well she deserves it.).

Everyone is so tired of her shit and her constant ridicule that they hatch a plan to humiliate her.

The plan doesn’t quite go off as intended as she doesn’t lose her job, but she does get sent upstairs to be a plaything for the board during their meetings. She isn’t miserable (aside from having no days off and lots of “overtime”) but the employees are finally left alone.

3. Our boss in this case is a man or woman who makes their employees support all of their family’s endeavors: Girl Scout cookie time: you better buy at least 10 boxes, school play, you better buy tickets and attend.

Employees are getting tired of this crap already but when they fires their secretary and hire their daughter, the employees are about to riot. The daughter is nice but she’s so privileged that they find her grating and her poor work skills just remind them of how much they miss their old colleague.

Then an idea comes into their heads and they invite daughter out to drinks. They find out she’s never really had a boyfriend or girlfriend due to her parent and get her hooked up with one of the newer hires, and then one of the Older ones. Soon she’s in relationships with the entire floor and the boss can’t do anything since trying to punish the employees only earns their daughters scorn.

For their part the employees treat her right and come to care for her but love nothing more than plowing her in a supply closet before their quarterly evaluation with their boss.

I am working on something like this in a series on another site. The female boss is thirty-five and in her own quiet way is quite annoying and more than a bit sadistic. Use that as a base (I've done that more than once) and work one of your plots into the setting. Fictionalize real people or make them up; it's your choice.
