All I want to do is help. To be worthwhile. I'm tired of being the only normal one left. My fiance was a demon. My best friend is a witch. Cordy, of all people, is supposed to be what...an angel? And I'm a carpenter. Useless for everything but building new windowframes. I tried to help and lost an eye for my trouble. I only drag her down. Sometimes I wonder if we shouldn't have brought her back. Would all this be happening like it was? I don't think I'll live to see the end of it. But if that means I get to die a hero, if I can give Buff the upper hand for even a minute, it'll be worth it. Still worried. Will I make a difference? Who knows. From beneath you, it devours.

I hope she doesn't do that to Spike. He'd be completely crushed. Though as far as the story could go... seeing her with Angel again and leaving him in the dust could make him turn sides.
