BSG fans

I know there's a few of you Battlestar Galactica fans out there.

Season 3 is available for download at Amazon. It costs about $30 or so. I'm tired of waiting for the DVD set to come out, so I've begun the download.

I figure the whole season should be downloaded by sometime tomorrow.

watched the pilot and the first 2 or three shows... and have every intention of buying them on DVD. Along with Heroes and Babylon 5. Just a matter of catching a sale at the same time I have the disposable income available.

I think it's the best show on TV. Very deep, dark, seedy. It runs the gamut of social topics: Race, religion, politics, sex, and just about everything else.

I've got all of the available stuff on DVD. If you want, I'll send them to you. When you're done, send them back.

One new episode comes on tonight. It's kind of like a prequel to the series.

like I said, I don't watch much TV... on my list to be bought and watched, due to recommendations from friends and "buzz":

BSG, Heroes, Babylon 5, the first 2 seasons of 24, Lost, Farscape, Deadwood, Rome, Carnivale, The L Word and anything Ken Burns ever did. I already own "Baseball", of course...

I may take you up on that when my living situation gets nailed down... I'm kinda living on a weird type of walkabout for a few weeks.
