Paradoxical Postings:

Hello Brinnie,

I’ve read a number of your posts and have a couple of questions. For someone so prolific and clearly quite intelligent, you seem to spend a lot of time on arbitrary commentary and provocation of people on the boards that don’t appear to me would help your causes. Why is this? Is it just fun, a bit of light relief, or is there some other purpose? On the one hand you state, quite articulately in fact, goals you have, issues in which you passionately believe and you appear to work hard on realizing those aspects of your life. So, what is with all the other posturing, barracking and time spent on items that I wouldn’t have thought would be that important to you deep down? You intrigue me as a person because you clearly have a number of passions and passionate, determined people are generally high achievers with respect to their personal goals and ambitions. I suspect you are also quite an introspective person. I'm just curious at some of your seemingly paradoxical actions on Lit.

Thanks for listening if you read this far. I just wanted to share these observations and I don't expect you to answer unless you really want to. I'm attempting to be genuine here so I hope you don't take this the wrong way. :)

That's a very good question, knieval. Obviously, you have seen past the wall and realize the multitude of the situation, so an answer is due.

Often enough, I encode my posts with dual messages. In the long run- it's what sticks in the subconscious mind that's important- as that is the only way to de-program a habits that otherwise form "the wall".

They say that "there is no such thing as bad promotion". I disagree. Bad promotion is "weak" promotion that doesn't have any memorable "hooks", which are the fundamentals of sociological relativity- the fuel of the subconscious mind.

Because contraversy sparks interest, the best way to promote free speech... Is to take it away.

But in all fairness, my scheduall looks something like this:
Mon-Thurs - Promote Free Speech Awareness
Fri-Sun - Party Time! (unless something big happens)

Contacting Brinnie

Why Haven't I Received A Response To A PM/Email I Sent You?

Hello,

Brinnie is often very busy with extended work on multiple projects.
Although she does read all of your messages, she cannot guarantee a response. In her own words she is "not interested in non-productive discussion".

If you would like to collaborate with her on a project, share ideas, or retain her services as a web developer , it is best to contact her via email. Be sure to list the nature of your business in the subject line and be strait to the point as possible.

If you have already contacted her via email, unless it is urgent, please be patient and wait 5-7 business days. If you are still awaiting a response after 5-7 days, you might try resending.

Thank you,
Kelly

How Do You Deal With Asshole Flamers?

SIMPLE ANSWER: I don't.

Brinnie,
I know that you don't always answer these PMs but I wanted to say something quick if you care to read. I don't know if it really gets to you that a lot of the members rag on you for posting new threads like crazy and answering kind blunt, ect. I wanted to say that I think it kicks ass that you keep starting new threads, I think we need more of that on here. I think that there are a lot of useless crappy threads on here and you actually take the time to ask questions that make you think, laugh or wonder. I find myself reading a lot of the things you ask and getting more out of them then some of the other neverending, shit slinging crap on here. But I also realize I am a 'newbie' and my shit don't matter!
Thanks for the threads, Lys

I do not know any of these members you so speak of. After I added 90% of the board to ignore I havn't heard a peep- and I havn't seen many shitty thread.

All those number game thread... Ignored.
All those trolls... Ignored?
All the callout threads and the postwhores that make the same threads everyday? IIIIG- NORED! ;)

Brinnie's Website(s)

Q. How Many Websites Do You Own?

A.
Brinnie is a web designer and has built nearly 40 full sized websites.
She specialist in in development and design and can get your site up and running from scratch.

Her only owned website that could be remotely labled as a "Brinnie site" is a personal website that offline at the moment.

Art & Erotica is not owned by Brinnie. A&E is a co-op run by serveral entities known as a Board of Directors. Brinnie merely handles the development and freely serves A&E as a Technical Administrator, as well as an active Erotican.

If you would like a website developed/designed by Brinnie Inc, you may inquire via email.

Thank you,

Q. Exactly What happened to ART AND EROTICA.com?

What didn't happen?

A&E was one collective contribution:
I contributed the website design. Another gave us the domain, about 10 people contributed for a vBulletin software license and one guy... One guy contributed free hosting. Well, the host took the site offline one night and disapeared. Three days later, hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans and flooded my parents house, claiming my Apple G4 which had the only backup of the Art & Erotica site.
