There are also free sperm donor networks online that bypass the banks. Take a look at that option. You can build your own profile though information will still need to be verifiable. So I did a search for "fertility" on this board, and this seemed the most recent and relevant thread. I may need to consider a new topic for discussion on some of my questions, but I'm new so here goes...
