Breast Leakage

The last few weeks, i've noticed that my nipples are leaking a minute amount of clear fluid. Usually they leak during rough sex or fondling. i have no children, nor am i pregnant. i have no implants. Might anyone be able to explain this or suggest a way of stemming it?
