I'm looking to try some self bondage ... breast and nipples but no idea how to do it .... had one sort of sucessful attempt but took me ages cuz the bands and ribbon kept flying off :$

I have a stash of my old silk ties that work well for binding breasts. They work pretty well at staying in place. I never had any come loose. You can start snug and work to tighter and tighter binding as you gain experience. But do be careful not to cause damage. My partners have loved having their breasts bound. Keep it up and let us know how it goes.
