Breast Augmentation / Implants

Greetings. My wife is currently considering breast augmentation surgery. I think she looks great as-is, but she wants to feel more confident, and frankly I think she would love the attention they would get from other men. I think I would like it too! It's obviously a big step, and a very important decision.

I would like to hear from other women in here who have taken the plunge....
Do you regret it?
Does it make you fee more confident?
Did they change the attention you get from men?
If so, do you like that?
