In a ruling Thursday, Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt said Boockvar “lacked statutory authority” to change the deadline, and said election officials are “enjoined from counting any ballots” that were cured during the extended deadline.

This decision doesn't change the vote totals but it does support the overall claim that Boockvar doesn't have the authority to do what she did. If she didn't, then the judge who allowed ballots to be received after Nov 3 was in error and can be reversed on that basis. The ballots received after 8pm on Nov 3, if the judge is reversed, won't be valid.
THAT could be a game changer.
