In a ruling Thursday, Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt said Boockvar “lacked statutory authority” to change the deadline, and said election officials are “enjoined from counting any ballots” that were cured during the extended deadline.

This decision doesn't change the vote totals but it does support the overall claim that Boockvar doesn't have the authority to do what she did. If she didn't, then the judge who allowed ballots to be received after Nov 3 was in error and can be reversed on that basis. The ballots received after 8pm on Nov 3, if the judge is reversed, won't be valid.

THAT could be a game changer.

And when it's not?
And when all the recounts are done and Trump still lost?
And when it's all gone through the courts and Biden is still President?
What's going to be your excuse then?

I have no need of an "excuse" because I'm merely relaying events that "could" change the current results. If they do not, then they do not.

But if they do, then what will be your excuse?

Hey Grandpa AARPy, check the link for your source.

...and stop putting your dirty depends in the dishwasher!

I don't need one either way. However I'm quite sure after it's all played out that you'll still cry fraud or whatever you're told it is at the time.

Fraud?

Is that like you denying what you did under one of your Alts to avoid being permabanned again?

Not my fault you decided to emulate a moron.

I wasn't trying to emulate you. I clicked on your link. Lol. Poor confused old feller.

Your linked headline:

So, instead of merely pointing out that the link was incorrect, you decided to go down the stupidville road and sling some shit to prove your manhood?

Yeah, emulating a moron is what you're doing very well.

It's like me wondering what your excuse will be in January.

I already told you, I don't need an "excuse" because I don't have anything vested in this other than reporting the news.

Still waiting on your views about your denials about your Alt.

.
Harpy just got out of an involuntary commitment at a mental health facility due to his last meltdown, and he's already off his meds and heading for another.

SAD!!!

That's sweet coming from a grumpy old puss like you.

Do you look like Walter Matthau? You sure sound like him.

Evidence that almost anybody can become a lawyer.

“A top legal adviser to President Donald Trump’s campaign elected to make a bizarre suggestion to President-elect Joe Biden Thursday: Prove you actually won the election.

The Associated Press and other media outlets on Saturday projected Biden as the winner based on nonpartisan analysis of the vote in several states.

But the president has accused the Democratic Party of “wrongdoing” without providing evidence to back the allegations.

So in a stunning bit of illogic, Jenna Ellis claimed it was the Biden campaign’s job to disprove the Trump campaign’s baseless allegations of election fraud, rather than the other way around.”

Ummm nope it wont be sorry, you lost again

Since the ballots had already been segregated, they were not included in the state’s vote count and thus not counting them will not affect Biden’s win in Pennsylvania.

It is unclear how many ballots will be affected by the ruling, but the Philadelphia Inquirer projects the number is likely to be “vanishingly small,” noting that Philadelphia County, the largest county in the state, only flagged 2,100 ballots that had identification issues.

Oh, so Joe can only win by 50,000 votes. That’s a real game changer.
