Actually, that's not exactly true. It just seems to be the most neglected meal of the day.

They're all important. Skipping meals leads to the desire to overindulge. Your body can only metabolize so many calories at once.

Therefore, eating several (like 5 or 6) small meals per day is better than eating 3 large ones.

But I digress.

Too much planning involved for me.

Yup! And I've lost 40+ pounds that way.

Note that they're not all meals in the sense that you mean, but maybe a 100 or 200 calorie snack, such as an apple or some yogurt.

Yeah.. I know. Tried it, but it felt like all I was thinking about was what I was going to eat and when.

Perhaps I am just lazy.. lol

I don't plan that much, but if you're eating often, you don't have time to feel hungry. In theory, anyway.
