It was a rough morning. I felt motivated this morning to get my butt to the gym and try a new class. It's nearly 10 now and after an early morning argument I'm content laying here under covers. But I know laying here isn't going to change my mood, weight, or my relationship.
Sure.... We could probably try to talk things out. At the end of the day I can't make his opinions or views change, he certainly isn't going to change mine. Which makes me wonder why even bother at all.... Ugh! I hate when we leave things unresolved and messy. Unfortunately I have no one to really discuss this with so I came here.

Hugs Brat. So understand them feelings. It's been over 1 1/2 years now since my wife would even let me touch her. Over the weekend she said she Evers sees this part of us changing. Getting motivated for anything anymore is hard.

Happy Monday everyone!
My weekend was uneventful at home.
However work was intense. After a combined 3 hours on the phone with our IT department I was told I didn't have "clearance" to fix the issues.... Well you can talk to the person who is working his second shift, the other who has been here two months or me. I'm the only one this problem effects... Justhelp me! *crying on the inside* I still had to leave defeated and hopefully "someone with clearance" can spend three hours on the phone trouble shooting a problem that only effects our clients and me. Smh. Did I mention all the while I made the company $16k this weekend? But ya know.. No clearance for me.
I'm kind of bitter about being passed up repeatedly for promotions yet I am the one putting in the long hours and doing mundane tasks like reaching out to IT.
Okay... Breathe... Shake it off...

Started my morning with a bulletproof coffee. I start my detoxifying regime tomorrow. Going caffeine and dairy free will be tough! But I know I'll be grateful when I put on that bathing suit in 3weeks!! I'm food prepping for the week today and very excited for my turkey and bacon salad for lunch! Nom nom!

I only committed to 12 pounds before July. I haven't lost as much as I would like but a pound a week is a healthy start. I wish I had more time on my hands. I have been trying my best to sneak in workouts during downtime. I need to get some more motivation!

Weight loss is more about diet than working out. In some respects, exercise can throw off your diet because the brain justifies more food after a workout.

That all said, sexy is sexy, whether with or without the 12 pounds. Do it for yourself but know we'll be checking you out either way. We're just wired that way.
