We're staying home this weekend.. we've been runnin forever!!! No kids around, so my soon to be bride and I will hang out, relax and tear each other up.

Tomorrow going to pick out our wedding cake, and head over to Rochester to get her shoes. Then, more of that tearing thingy.. and Sunday before kids return.

Hey Brat! Just checking in and catching up. So that was you checking me out at gym, haha, j/k. Sorry to hear about the relationship struggles. It's good to talk about it and you're definetly not alone. In fact I think thats main reason I even found this site. She's my best friend and gorgeous, but oh my gosh I swear if I didn't ask once a month I wouldnt get it at all, ever. On a positive note, it's supposed to be sunny and warm today day in the mitten! Plus it's my birthday! Maybe we will both get lucky! If not i will just have to think more about that bi comment, j/k. Looking forward to running this afternoon. I was in pretty decent shape at the end of last year, mainly do to moving boulders shoveling endless yards of top soil, but winter took a toll on that. Way to much sitting been going on the past few months. Trying to stretch, run, do pushup and crunches every day plus eat healthier. I spend 15- 30 minutes tops. Definetly feel better and have a lot more energy! Now to stick with it. I find that short, high energy workout sessions seem to work best for me. Any big plans for this summer? I am hoping to get a few camping trips in this year and a few miles on the motorcycle. Other than that, relax as much as possible. Definetly going to miss Sunday fun day on the boat. Sorry I did not see this sooner. Life has kept me busy!
