Afternoon brat. Thought I'd rub it in. Had to fly to Alabama today for work. 85 and sunny. Had an Altima rental and had the air on the whole time.
Not that I wanted to be here but if I have to travel its nice that it is finally somewhere warmer than us.

We did that Thursday
and yeah... It was amazing. I swear he drives me insane and then reminds me how amazing we are together and then I can't even get mad! Sure, more then twice a month would be great. But when it's high quality why complain? I'm pretty sure our Halloween weekend has lots of treats waiting for me. Let's go Cubs!! Them winning would guarantee some sex as well. Lol.

We woke around 8 this morning and headed out to Yates. Picked up a dozen each of plain and cinnamon doughnuts and gallon of cider. Our first trip out there. The rain stopped us from hiking at all. Sat under the tent next to the goat fence and watched the farm people clean up the pen.

I have a few different choices. Trick or treating I'll be Wonder Woman, I would like to hunt down some blue contacts, Lynda Carter style. We have an adult party tonight. I haven't decided on which costume I'll wear. I guess that depends on if the ole man tells me to change before we leave. 
I was at Yates this morning at seven, thinking it was Friday and they would be open! I really wanted my caramel apple and coffee. Feels like this month has rushed by! I haven't bought any fudge yet!
Yesterday was fun. We baked lots of pumpkin and now I have pumpkin puree stashed everwhere! Froze some - even made pumpkin gelato, canned some, made pumpkin cake, toasted pumpkin seeds, and I have about 6 cups waiting in the fridge about to become pies to take to the party tonight.

Detroit, Boston, and Chicago are my favorite teams.
I do agree it has been so long for either of them it's a positive experience for both. I'll cry if the Cubbies loose, yet I'd probably cry for the Indian's victory as well, I'm an easy crier....

I really have no favorite in Game 7. There are former Red Sox on both sides, tough to close a favorite. Gonna be a great game!

Hi S!Well... it's Saturday! The weekend is here!
Last night's episode of the Exorcist sucked...
I am really excited to go to the winter farmer's market in a little bit. Looking for a nice fall bouquet of flowers. I haven't bought flowers in a while since I had such lovelies to choose from the garden.
It's about two weeks away from the anniversary. I'm contemplating making reservations on my own at this point. I let him know I wanted him to plan something but he hasn't made an effort. Maybe I should get a hotel room just for myself?

Looks like I am heading out to the nursery tomorrow... I really wanted a bouquet in the same fall color sceme as the pic I posted earlier but after three stops I couldn't find anything that jumped out at me.
In the summer my table is decorated with a big bowl of fruit and it looks so empty without it... This arrangement is cute! Good to know 1800flowers has got me if I can't find something as pretty locally.
