Hi all.......thank god it is the weekend.......lunchtime on Saturday here. Went out for drinks and a couple of games of pool last night (and I won ), lazy morning online and out this afternoon to visit parents and help with heavy chores they can't do anymore cos of my dad's health not being the best.......Sunday a visit with my older "friend" before he flies out to Australia for a few more days.

Might even go shopping and find some shoes and skirts for work, I haven't bought anything new for ages (no spare cash)

Sunday was great Soooo good to see him again, he'll only be away a couple of days this time so we might get to spend next weekend together, fingers crossed.

No luck in the shoe department, either nothing fitted right or was way too expensive. And gotta be kind of conservative for work....I'd rather wear something a little outrageous hehe

Hi ya FG! Sounds like the weather is very accomodating down where you are. It has been lovely here as well. Nice and hot during the day, and nice cool breezes at night.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you as well Bandit. I could spend oodles and oodles on clothes, but I hate to shoe shop. I would be content to just wear sandles all the time. lol I have several different shoes that I can only wear with on outfit, which just seems so silly to me. Plus I have ugly fred flintstone feet. lol

Grrrr I have long slim feet so what fits lengthwise tends to be too wide. And shoe sizes seem to vary a heck of a lot, sometimes I'm an 8, sometimes a 9 or god forbid even a 10 depending on the brand.

I have the afternoon off tomorrow so will try again......and I'm quite good at thrift shop buying and have found some bargains in the past so will go looking for skirts and a jacket there first before trying retail A stitch in time and new buttons can make a world of difference to the budget lol
