Normally, I hate shopping, but I think my attitude might be changing

I've gone out braless in public before, but only on accident. During the times I have left the house in a shirt and no bra, it was from sheer absentmindedness, because I almost never wear a bra around my house. I feel really self-conscious when I do, and fear being judged.

As for privately, I usually go naked in my own room. It's not necessarily for sexual reasons, it's just more comfortable for me. I can't even sleep wearing clothes now, because I got spoiled from the sensation of sleeping nude. I only wear clothes if I'm a guest at someone's house or sleeping next to other people.
