The "simultaneous discovery" seems overly contrived. I think it would be much more believable if one suspects the other is having an affair.

The newliweds are setting up their new home in the town where they were both raised, so having the parental units around is just a part of daily life. Still, though, he begins to suspect her frequent visits to her dad's place is out of the ordinary and thinks maybe she's sneaking around with some other guy.

So one evening he follows her and is happy to see she went exactly where she said she was going to go. He returns home relieved. The next morning he finds her panties stiff with dried cum that he didn't put there and begins to put two and two together.

How about the parents finding out. Maybe they go on a get-to-know-each-other-vacation, even before the wedding. So her father sees his son-in-law fuck his mother. But he can't be shocked as he knows he is into the same with his daughter.
So he fucks his daughter in a situation, where only the mother is there, but so openly that the mother sees them too.

The parents now both knowing, talk and set up a foursome in the living room.
