Ok, I've just submitted my first story to chyoo, waiting on an approval.

It's 2nd person, female, non-immersive.

I notice that your first post for this story (In the Forum) was on the 14th of Feb. And I know the site was updated that same day from the title page and the other new stories which were approved. I assume you just missed the mark and your story will have to wait till next time the "moderator" comes around and approved the next round. My estimation would be that it will take another 10 days. Updates are generally 2 weeks apart, sometimes less sometimes more. So inconsistant! The bastards!

While we are waiting for your story to be approved how about telling us what it's about? As you've added a thread to both of my stories I will be watching closely to see when yours is approved. Can't wait to read it and contribute my share!

Right Now, it's about a young woman who is having major emotional problems in her life. Everything's pretty much gone to hell for her, when a book of magic suddenly drops inter her lap.

It'll be pretty open ended, and the authors can decide whether she uses it for pure sensual gain or for other things.....

Honest opinion.

Brevdravis,
you asked for comments or ratings or contributions. Well I am going to give you my opinion. I tried reading your story, but I just couldn't get into it. I read all the options and pages you had written, however I didn't really enjoy it. I found the introduction thread was clunky and ackward. I am not sure exactly how to explain it... it's almost like have a box shapped like a sphere. It just isn't right. I don't enjoy incest stories so I am slightly biased toward the story. Also, maybe it was just me, but from the introduction I wasn't clear on whether the main character is a male or female. I assumed female because of the father checking her out and looking funny. Maybe I was just half asleep when I read the story, but it didn't draw me in and hold my attention.

I am not exactly sure how it could be improved. Changes to the intro might help... but the whole storyline would stay the same. Instead of sitting and waiting for 30 minutes while a rating goes through I will just give you one here. I'd give this whole story in general a 3/5. It just didn't float my boat.

The other idea you have for a story sounds pretty interesting. I am talking about "Quiet Streets" I'd like to see that story. Keep me updated.

Ok, Thanks to Lilguy for the first two foreign threads added to my story.

Both of them have to do with some fun spellcasting, one on the invisibility track, and one on your roommate.

One clarification, The roommate track can be found on the FIRST copy of the twelve (barge in) threads. I'm going to go back and kill the rest of these threads, so please don't try to add to them.

Because of lack of interest, and some honest critiscism, I'm going to be no longer supporting "Book of Magic"

This will leave me a bit more time for Quiet streets, which has gotten a much better reception.

I will still approve threads, but will no longer be writing new ones for this story.

Adopted

I've adopted this story now.

I've been quite busy too, adding 12 threads in the last week.

My main thread follows on with our heroine invisible and sneaking into Frank's dorm room across campus. She found him masturbating to bukkake porn and left. She remembered that she left her bag in the common room back at her dorm and returns.

In my thread, her book is missing. In one follow-on, she searches The dorm rooms. In the rest of this storyline, she looks in various rooms, finding unexpected surprises. There are several branches.

In another, she looks in The R.A.'s room. While she is there, she's required to perform a Bold Action.

I'm hoping that the addition of new options will give writers more hooks to hang their own threads, getting more people to contribute.

So, if you find something you'd like to add to, go ahead and have some fun with it.
