I am thinking of getting a prince albert,I would like to know if anyone has any expierience with one. And does it enhance sex?

Be sure you understand the healing time (It took a full 6 months for my labial piercing to fully heal with no problems). Try talking to someone who has had one for 5 years--not someone who got it last year and the scar tissue is still sensitive--you need to know about long term effects.

Good luck in your search for body modification fun....

(And check out the BME website)

You've come to the right place!

My Master, who is making his Lit debut tonight, now, is a piercer and has done PA's on others as well as himself.

Also, my several labial piercings, as well as my clit hood piercing, healed very quickly and cleanly. Nothing to them. He did them all, as well as all of his own piercings.

My Master has had his PA in and out several times, and there's never ever been a problem with sensitivity issues that i'm aware of.

And 6 months for a labial pierce to heal? Gods! That's WAY long. Mine was healed cleanly and completely in a couple weeks.

Ok, the PA is a pain. Not to actually have done, but to deal with. We are talking soft tissue here, tears easily. You'll need at least a 10 gauge ring. I had one for a very brief period. (exactly one orgasm) Not a thrill at all, actually painful. Depends on what you intend it's primary function to be I guess.

Is it for show or go?

Then the choice is yours. I have done others who report no problems at all, and they play hard. Just be very careful who you let do it.

help out the clueless...what is a prince albert??? :)

I have checked out the bme website. But it says that it will enhance sex for both partners, what is it like to have sex with a guy that has his dick pierced? Is it really that good?

Sorry 'bout that gang.
A PA is a piercing that goes through the hole in the end of your (or his) penis and comes out on the underside of the head. There is a very specific method and place to do this. Please go to an experienced piercer.

Creidhne has gone off to bed, tired, has to get up early, and he's not Lit-addicted (yet). He's asked me to fill in the details. Here's a couple pics... and a more scientific explanation of the PA piercing process that Creidhne employs when he does one of these on someone.

(BTW, i never had sex with him while he had the PA. He put it in, masturbated with it once, found out it *hurt* to jerk hard on it, and took it out, all before i even saw it. It went back in again months later, but that was sorta a sexual thing between us and he never intended to keep it in that second time. I can't answer your question about having sex with someone who has one of these. Sorry.)

The Prince Albert (PA) piercing is probably the most popular male genital piercing. The piercing looks good and (supposedly) increases erotic stimulation when the ring/bar moves or rotates through the urethra. The needle goes into and along the urethra and comes out behind the glans on the underside of the penis (near where the glans join the shaft).

I've seen a PA done. Creidhne uses a small diameter straw to thread into the head of the penis, then pushes the needle up into the straw (thus never ever sticking it into any other part of the man's penis) from the underside of the glans. He then inserts the ring or bar.

Easy. Fast. Painless. Almost no blood at all. Quick healing if it's cared for properly.

Just call me hoplessly square

OMG that looks painful!!!! BTW I can tell you of the horror side of these types of procedures. The men who now leak urine from the piercing or the metal sensitivity that leads to scarring and sores. It's so attractive. Being a health care proffessional it deeply disturbs me to see unnecessary punctures done. The rate of hepatitis C alone should scare you people. If you doubt me then go to the CDC site and read about the transmission rates from some of these places. Hep C is a silent killer and it could be months to years before you know you contacted it. I will never understand the need to do this type of ritual scarring of healthy tissue.
