This is 'execute,' isn't it? You do know that an 'executor' executes. An 'executioner' executes only in that death sentence... the other tasks are carried out by 'executors.'

You have a funky dictionary. I've never heard 'executioner' used in that sense. Ever. And I'm around legal crap on a fairly regular basis. It's always 'executor.'
