Blurting It Out ... Playground Style

I was the same when I was little, I absolutely hated doing it but I liked wearing the costumes, but the love eventually transferred to the actual dancing. I never did take hip hop though, I don't believe they offered it at my dance school.

Ah, I suppose she can be your little diva then? :D

That's adorable! I was always a sugar plum fairy or one of the flowers. Always so jealous of Clara

She is begging to take voice and guitar lessons.

She is on the swim team during the summer and is a Brownie. She takes horse back lessons and drama and art. Dance like I have mentioned and she does things here and there for the local animal shelter here. She is not old enough to volunteer but she does what she can.

She runs me ragged, a real social butterfly. :)

I bet you were an adorable sugar plum fairy.

I'm sitting in the student center at school and next door a class is going on that is being taught by a former professor of mine. Said professor is famous among students for constantly going off on tangents and spending a large amount of class time telling personal stories. Many students didn't like it, but I did. I'm tempted to sit closer to the door so I can hear some more of his stories. :)

Hello Astaylith.

How are things?

:)

Wow! I bet she does run you ragged lol. I absolutely endorse her begging! Lol, learning music at a young age is so beneficial. It opens up so many doors to other things (though it seems like she's pretty immersed in different fields already!).

I'm trying to teach the girl I babysat tonight some piano as well, because I think it will help with expressing herself. She has Autism and she's becoming more and more confident with piano and dance. :)

I'm so jealous, you seem like such an adoring mother. I wish I had had someone giving me outlets for so many different things.

Well, she is special needs physically.

She has internal birth defects, so she has spent lots of time in hospitals and such.

Like in November she finally had her feeding tube out and there were complications. She is petite and slight (she is 51 pounds and recently turned ten) and the surgical site became open and we spent Thanksgiving in the Emergency room. Then last week she got a raging UTI. She only has one kidney so we have to be careful. She is doing better now.

So I do my best to make it possible for her to delve into as many passions as she wishes and where she feels she has autonomy.

Thank you for the compliment. :rose:

I am so happy to hear she's doing better!!

She sounds like an incredibly strong girl.

It doesn't seem much like a compliment, more of a fact. :)

You are a charming woman, quite stellar actually.

:rose:

I think the same about you, entirely! I'm really happy we got to chat tonight, and I hope we do more of the same in the future...which makes me all the more sad that I have to run off to bed.

But thank you for saying so, and have a wonderful evening/morning and stay warm. :)

You too, sweet one. :rose:

is that just my subjective impression or are there really a lot of people from texas on lit?

Mhm. 5 posts in 6 years. Magnificent. Absolutely magnificent.

I pity you.

Incest? Fornication? Your insults are so original that it's abso-fucking-lutely mindblowing!

We should do this on a daily basis. Really, I enjoyed it.

I'm still a little disappointed, I never thought they could be shady like that.
You learn something new here all of the time. *Shrugs*
